Roster Guidelines

I will be putting out the rosters based on skill and gear. This is to prevent one squad being stronger than another. Also another factor will be Skill Types! This way one squad will not be all snipers while another squad is all Assault. Balance is the key. Keep in mind as we practice more and skills develop, the rosters will change as will promotions be given. "THERE WILL BE NO DEMOTIONS, HOWEVER YOU CAN BE REPLACED AS A SQUAD OR PLATOON LEADER AS WELL AS REPLACED AS ASSAULT TEAM LEADER(2), OR TEAM SCOUT SNIPER(1).

BELLOW IS OUR 2 ROSTER FORMATS. BIG GAMES (OUR ENTIRE TEAM VS ANOTHER TEAM) BASIC (WHEN WE PLAY OR PRACTICE WITHIN THE TEAM)

****AS COMMANDING OFFICER, I WILL ONLY COMMAND OUR TEAM DURING 24HR OR OFFICIAL GAMES. THIS WILL ALLOW FOR OTHERS TO HAVE EXPERIENCE IN COMMANDING THE TEAM****
